Stay Connected

Seniors’ Centre Without Walls (SCWW) is a great way to keep engaged and stay connected with your peers. You can even make new friends through this free, interactive telephone-based program by The Good Companions Seniors’ Centre. You do not need to be a member of The Good Companions to take part. SCWW provides more than 35 fun activities, as well as educational and health and wellness offerings per month. Each phone session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes and between 10 and 15 participants are involved on the call. The schedule includes a weekly mindfulness group, travelogues, a monthly birthday party, name that tune sessions, biographies, a sports chat, a music request line, a discussion group and more.
