Perley Health’s Aging Well is Living Well guide

Perley Health has developed a practical downloadable guide to help seniors, veterans, caregivers and families better understand what aging in place really means and what kinds of supports may be needed over time.  Many older adults and families don’t seriously consider future housing, care and support needs until a health crisis forces quick decisions.
The Aging Well is Living Well guide helps address the following:
  • why aging in place should be understood as aging in the right place
  • why planning ahead matters before a crisis
  • the range of supports that can help maintain quality of life as needs change
  • what families should consider when exploring care, housing, and community support options
  • how veterans and seniors can be supported across changing needs, whether at home, in assisted living, or in long-term care
